2012 rates based on 1 – 4 person occupancy

ALOHA SPECIAL!
Discounted weekly base rate of $1400.00 for new reservations with travel dates between May 1 and September 1, 2012. (7 consecutive night minimum stay required for this rate)

Daily from $260.00
Weekly from $1,560.00
Additional $50.00 weekly fee for 5th person
plus applicable taxes.

A $35.00 reservation fee and a $150.00 out-cleaning fee added to all rentals.
Deposit of $200.00 - $300.00 is required to confirm a reservation. (Deposit fully refundable if no damage.)

CHECK-OUT: 10:00 a.m. CHECK-IN: 3:00 p.m.

7 night minimum stay required between December 17 - January 2. Please inquire about special Christmas/New Year rates and deposit requirements. (Weekly Christmas/New Year's holiday base rate approximately $1820.00.)
